Welcome to the website of Just Learning Nursery - Gillingham. We are based in Gillingham, Kent and provide quality childcare for nursery children under 5 years of age.
The first years of a child's life are the most important and, as an early years care provider, we believe the most important thing to provide a child with is tender loving care. We aim to provide this in a home from home environment, where the children are encouraged to learn through play and their surroundings and, of course, from each other.
We are a purpose-built nursery situated on the main ring road around Gillingham. We are conveniently placed only a short drive from the town centre and in between Gillingham and Rainham train station. We have a secure car park with fitted security cameras, there is also a security door at the entrance to the nursery for the safety of all of us. We have spaces available for all age groups and are always willing to show you around at a time convenient to you.
Now about us! We have a dedicated team of staff who are always happy to help and advise you with any questions that you may have, be it about the nursery or your child's development. Our team comprises of Ruth, our Nursery Manager, a Deputy Manager, 4 Supervisory, and nursery nurses, nursery assistants and students. We always have a supervisory nursery nurse on hand to answer any questions.
We are open 52 weeks of the year Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 6pm. We all need an occasional holiday so we are closed on all Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
We celebrate all Christian festivals such as Christmas and Easter; we are also very multi-cultural and include Diwali and other ethnic festivals in our celebrations.
We have a cook who prepares all our meals daily on site so we can provide for all multi-cultural needs, including diets and any other needs your child might have. This includes providing a dairy, gluten-free or vegetarian diet.
